Because of inclement weather, listed below are the changes that have been made:

• Honor Roll Assemblies – February 23.  Grade 3 – 8:45 A.M.

Grade 4 – 9:45 A.M.

Grade 5 – 1:45 P.M.

• Quarter 3 Interims – March 10, 2010
• Jump Rope For Heart – Wednesday, February 24

Grade 5 – 8:35 A.M. to 9:35 A.M.

Grade 4 – 9:40 A.M. to 10:40 A.M.

Grade 3 – 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M.

• Variety Show – March 18, 2010
• Chick-Fil-A Milkshake Fundraiser – March 4

The Division Spelling Bee scheduled for Wednesday February 10^th has been postponed until Friday February 12^th. The Spelling bee will take place at Walker-Grant Middle School at 8:30 AM.

We will be showcasing our student’s many talents at our annual Variety Show which will be held at two different times on Thursday, February 25. We will have a performance during the school day at 1:00 P.M. To accommodate those of you who cannot attend during the day, we will be offering another performance in the evening at 7:00 P.M. This event has been great entertainment in previous years, and I expect nothing less this year.

Parent/Teacher Conference Night on Tuesday, February 16. You will have the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss progress during the first semester and areas that can be improved upon during the remainder of the school year. Conferences will begin at 6:00 P.M. and will conclude at 7:30 P.M. Please call Mrs. Jones in the counseling office to schedule an appointment.

Please plan to join us on Thursday, February 11 to celebrate your child’s academic progress at our 2nd quarter honor roll assembly. The assemblies will take place at the following times; Grade 3 – 8:45 A.M., Grade 4 – 9:45 A.M., and Grade 5 – 1:45 P.M.
